Return Policy
1.Refunds and Exchanges:
- Refunds or exchanges are only available for defective items.
- The item must be returned on the same business day as the purchase.
- The item must be unused and must not have come into contact with any smoking products.
- This policy applies to all items in the store, except those listed as final sale items.
2.Damaged Items:
- If any item is damaged or broken due to customer handling, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of the item.
3.Final Sale Items:
- All sales of the items listed below are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these products:
- Disposable Vapes
- CBD Products: CBD vapes, gummies, carts, flower, and prerolls
- Tobacco Products: Papers, cones, wraps, funnels, cigarettes, and all other tobacco items
- Devices: Cartridge batteries, dry tobacco devices, and wax dab devices
- Accessories: Bongs, pipes, and all accessories associated with bongs
- Miscellaneous: Sprays, incense, synthetic urine, Kratom, lighters, and premium cigars
